Xesco Espar (Barcelona 1963) holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from the University of Barcelona and a Master's degree in Learning Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

He has been a professor at INEFC Barcelona since 1991 and was a handball coach at FC Barcelona from 1985 to 2007. Over these 30-plus years, he served as a player, coach for young players, physical trainer for the first team, and head coach of the professional team. Among his achievements, he notably secured 4 European Cups and four Asobal Leagues.

Currently, he is an expert and thought leader in Leadership, Teamwork, Motivation, and Personal Mastery. He has used his communication skills as a tool to convey a message of self-improvement and self-demand to society.

In the past 10 years, he has inspired hundreds of companies to understand excellence, surpass their limits, maintain their ambition and performance at the highest level, and work as a team to achieve their goals.

He is the author of two bestselling books: "Play from your Heart. Excellence is not enough" (29 editions in Spanish) and "THE NOTEBOOK. 10 habits that creates exptraordinary people". (4 editions in Spanish).

He occasionally works as a coach for major challenges and as a consultant for professional sports clubs, including PACHUCA (Mexico), SOUTHAMPTON (England), LEGANÉS, and GIRONA (Spain), among others.

With tens of thousands of followers on social media, he is considered the Expert in High Performance and Personal Mastery that everyone seeks when they need to reach the next level.
